Chief Technology Officer - BPO/IT

Mandatory :

- 15+ years of experience in IT specializing in Development of Web Applications

- Proficient in diverse technologies like Microsoft Dot Net Technologies [C#, ASP.NET, Web Services], Crystal Reports, LINQ, SQL Server, MVC, Cloud (AZURE / AWS).

- Proficient in Performance testing tools like JMeter, Load runner.

- Hands-on experience architecting, Instrumentation of Coding, design, stored procedures, & delivery.

- Should have experience in Infrastructure like SQL DBA, Replication, Database Mirroring.

- Should be good at UI / UX & API Integration.

- Should have exposure in Elastic Search , Micro service Architecture

- Must have experience in Agile and Scrum development practices

Desired :

- Proficient in diverse technologies like Java, Spring, hibernate, IOT & Mobility (Android -React / Native & IOS), SOA, PostgreSQL , PHP Framework like Laravel, Wordpress etc..

- Should have knowledge on Unit Testing, Integration Testing & Automation Testing.

- Significant experience in lifecycle of interface administration including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation documentation and interface maintenance.

- Leadership of software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle

- Strong product strategy, architecture, design & execution skills.

- Knowledge on Implementation in Machine learning AI.

- Experience or Knowledge in UX Breadcrumb is added Advantage.

- Experience in Database migration from lower level to higher level.

- Involved in deriving Technology road map.

- Experience in Real Estate domain is added advantage

- Understanding of software development Best Practices and Standards introduction into development

Managerial Part:

- Managing technical project team of 30 or more people;

- Carrying out complex development projects of the duration lasting from several months to a year.

- Setting up and maintaining Software development processes set up to ensure transparency, predictability and efficiency.

- Should be Good at Preparing RFP / RFQ Proposals.

- Should have idea about technical bits.

- Certified in PMP is additional advantage

- Extensive exposure in Program management Project Management & Service Desk management (Zend desk / Jira / PMP / Atlassian Jira )

- Improvement of software development methods and procedures across product and customer implementation projects in order to deliver high quality solutions.

- Management of customer implementation and presales demonstration projects.
