Chief Technology Officer - BFS

A chief technology officer (CTO) is tasked with managing the technical aspects of the organization to ensure that they're in line with the company's growth targets. They'll also manage technical resources and ensure they're geared towards technological development. Set and drive the IT strategy for the organization. Work with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to achieve business and technology targets.

- Drive technology applications/software development and digital transformation for the organization and will be heading the Core IT Infrastructure, Network, Business applications and related IT Operations.

- Set and drive the IT strategy for the organization and Optimizing and managing existing information technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectively.

- Work with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to achieve business and technology targets and Developing long term plans to sustain and support the business, anticipating the future trends.

- IT Business Application Management - Effective usage of business application for bringing in efficiency in the service deliverable to our internal and external customers. Understand business requirements and propose solutions to meet business objectives and maximize automation of business processes

- Develop Enterprise Solutions for effective Business Processes: Optimize and design enterprise processes via IT, define and adjust IT standards and technologies.

- Architect and lead building of technology platforms aiding the lending processes and build teams, lending products along with setting the engineering culture & best practices.

- Strategic decision making on in-house v/s outsourced development of applications and systems. Evaluate the cost efficiency of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to various business and technology solutions.

- Hands-on development experience to work with crosses functional teams.

- Enable revamping of existing and introduction of new apps & systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment, exhibit leadership competencies to drive technology & business.

Key Responsibility Areas



He/she should have worked in NBFC/Banking-IT related areas/projects involving IT Policy, Planning/Financial Networks and Applications/Financial Information Systems/Cyber Security Technologies, Infra, P&L etc. of which 5 years should be at senior management level/managing or implementing large IT projects.

- Education - MCA/B. Tech/MBA IT

- Should have expertise in IT Software & Hardware

- Experience Range 10-15 Years

- Personal Characteristics Have experienced career growth in last 5 years at least with dynamic personality with high level of energy & positive interpersonal skills

- Abilities - Multi-tasking, Team management, Stakeholder experience, drive cost effectiveness, drive best in class IT services.
