- Should have been a CTO in his last 1-2 roles in any industry or sector

- Thorough knowledge of latest technology solutions in their relevant domains ( eg banking, IT, retail, Healthcare, ecommerce etc)

- Should have a successful track record of having led teams and technology function in an enterprise

- Hands-on leader, having managed a company's technology strategy and goals

- Ensure technology infrastructure and solutions are aligned to the business needs
