Job Description:
- Drive technology- applications/software development and digital transformation for the organization
- Set and drive the IT startegy for the organization
- Lead and mentor a the technology function comprising of best in class talent
- Work with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to achive business and technology targets
Profile:
- BE/B. Tech/MS in Computer Science or IT for a tier 1 institute
- At least 16 years of overall work experience, with 10 years in a leadership role
- Experience heading technology and specifically application development (banking applications) in banks, NBFCs and IT services for Financial services is a must
- Experinece working/heading Finacle, BANCS, Flexcube, etc.
- Self- driven individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Remarkable leadership skills
