Chief Technology Officer - Application Development - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT/DTU

Startup experience-

- Responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs

- Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision

- Review and revise online product specifications and design as per market needs

- Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.

- Collaborate with every function in the company without boundaries, build the big picture technology vision and help broaden the visibility of engineers' innovations through right solutions for meaningful problems

- Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle

- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in development of technology solutions for start-ups, of which minimum 2 years as a technology lead or senior technology role.

- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 Colleges only (IIT/NIT/BITS/DTU/IIIT Hyderabad)

- Knowledge about full stack development and end-to-end management of technology solutions

- Previous experience as a CTO, director, or similar leadership role would help.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

- Strong grasp on latest innovations in technology and a confidence to design and build a world class technology architecture that is scalable, secure, and stable to handle large and rapidly growing transaction volumes.

- Strategic smarts, including the ability to identify new opportunities, drive clarity, create focus, and make tough decisions in complex and dynamic contexts.

- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders; come up with the new approaches for implementing cross product solutions.
