Job Description - The Chief Technology Officer's role will be to Architect the IT strategy and associated services and deliver the complete solution. To assure successful execution of the strategy by integrating and enabling company processes with appropriate technologies. This will require envisioning of the company's service offerings to be enabled through appropriate technology platforms and applications, leading implementations of the same and planning for risk, security and scale growth. This individual will be responsible for all technology initiatives. This position is part of the core team that will decide the strategy for business success and growth.

The Successful Candidate - Proven leadership experience within a large MNC.

- 8 - 10 years experience in building such systems and building and recruiting teams.

- Experience of building a scalable fully redundant fault tolerant infrastructure.

- Experience of Architecting solutions and personally a technology visionary.

- Proven ability to build and manage a technical team of 10-20+ product engineering professionals.

- Core knowledge of information security vulnerabilities and risk management is essential.

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Self motivated and directed with a keen eye for detail.

- Superior analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities.

- Ability to motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment to further organization and business interest above all.
