Responsibilities:
- Offer high-level technical expertise, sound guidance, and strategic technical decisions across all areas of the organization, including the development and maintenance of Products, Infrastructure, 3rd party platforms & integrations
- Own the overarching tech strategy, architecture, systems, and integrations and provide positive technical direction across all product lines, building a clear roadmap to attain business objectives in a timely and efficient manner
- Effectively conceptualizing, driving & delivering new products & technical services to meet the ever-changing needs of financial sector
- Make proactive and forward-thinking technology decisions on behalf of the best interests including managing technology costs and workflow, eliminating unnecessary work and expense
- Able to take a "hands-on" approach, getting under the hood to resolve issues while also delegating and distributing workload to appropriate team members
- Mentor, coach and motivate our tech teams to nurture a positive, inclusive, and productive technology team culture, while also driving performance and meeting targets and goals
- Develop continuous improvement strategies for the company's technology systems, staying abreast of the latest technological advances and trends that could benefit the company
- Orchestrate migration of Products to cloud-based, serverless systems to ensure seamless delivery and scalability
- Balance and prioritize business needs, developing practical and necessary solutions in a fast-moving and high-growth company, while reporting on technology status, progress, and needs
- As a key member of the executive team, assist in guiding the company toward achieving its impact goals and objectives in a highly collaborative manner, engendering greater understanding, communication, and alignment between the tech and non-tech teams
- Develops and executes strategies in team and system development, hardware and software acquisition, and strategic partnership to meet business demands

Skills and Competencies:
- Has successful experience in architecting an entirely reliable and scalable business application for financial domain (preferred)
- Understands the concept of microservices / event-driven
- Ability to transform complex business applications in containerized environment
- Proven experience on Microsoft stack is a must
- Knowledge of AI & ML
- Hands on experience in ASP.NET, ASP Webform, C#, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, JQUERY, XML/JSON, AJAX, MSSQL, MSSQL Business Intelligence, Android, iOS, and Cloud Platforms
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master's in technology management (preferred)
Professional Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Other Preferred Professional Certification to include, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO
