Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead company's IT and security teams (Leadership)

2. Help the company in utilizing latest technology for competitive edge and customer service improvements (Technology Driven)

3. Ensure lowest possible total cost of ownership for the company IT infrastructure (Lowest TCO)

4. Secure company's intellectual properties and data from external as well as internal threats (IT Security)

5. Help in establishing processes and applications for capture the data, it's collation, duplication, storage and retrieval (Data Warehouse)

6. Help the company make the information available to its external subscribers in state-of-art Business Intelligence platform/s (BI Tools). Similarly, make the database available to internal customers for campaigns / monetization (Contact Management / CRM)

7. Help the company in creating and monetizing IT / IOT products (P&L responsibilities)

8. Contribute to internal teams from IT / technology angle (New Product Development / Improvements)

EXPECTATIONS

- Establish company's information technical vision, IT policies and infrastructure.

- Lead all aspects of company's technology development, usage, maintenance, upgradation and obsolescence.

- Work with senior management on arrive at tradeoff between costs, features, quality & timelines.

- Set-up state-of-the-art data warehouse to manage database with close to 10 Crore records. The data warehouse should have all the essential components of a typical data warehouse of an information based company.

- Build contact management, campaign management and CRM functionality around the data warehouse.

- Build a world class BI system to help clients generate customer insights

- Maintain the IT infrastructure, upgrade it and ensure minimal downtime.

- Secure company's Data Warehouse and other IT properties.

PROFILE :

1. Minimum work experience of at least 10 years. Must be in leadership position for at least three years.

2. Experience of setting up organizational IT and security policies

3. Must have set-up Data Warehouse and managed it

4. Must have designed Business Intelligence system for the organization

5. Must have experience of implementation contact management, CRM, call center and campaign management.

6. Should be adept at building IT infrastructure as well as vendor base.

7. Project management skills

8. An eye for lowering IT costs
