It is one of the largest real estate developers in the world and is known for building famous large-scale projects.

Description

Reporting to the CEO, the candidate would be responsible for:

- Management of overall IT in the organisation and linking IT services across various offices in India.

- Leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

- Work closely with the Managing Directors, COO, CMO to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

- Manages the project management process to support the company's growth

- Reviews and approves proposed development releases

- Develops, tracks and controls the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations in department

Profile

- MBA / BSc in computer science or a related field with more than 15 years of overall IT experience.

- Applications and Infrastructure related experience.

- Proven track record of success in leadership positions.

- Familiarity with marketing platforms, programs and policies.

- Exceptional project management and organisation skills.

- Advanced IT Knowledge.

- Critical Thinking.

Prior experience in the Real Estate Industry is desirable.
