Job Description :

As the head of engineering, reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to build a team and develop a consumer facing internet product within the last mile logistics space. Should be as a Team member, as a good Web and Mobile App Technology Tech Architect from idea scratch to full Web and mobile app development, Good mobile app Developer & good Coder for cross-functional platform multi-hat role as a QA Tester, Full stack developers role, Front & back-end developer role and Lead the Team of Web and Mobile app developers.

Role Description :

- Manage a team

- Hire and build a strong technology team

- Improve the existing enterprise system and platform

- Build internal products for analytics and data sciences

- Build and Ad-Tech product to improve monetization

Desired Profile :

- 5 to 10 years of experience

- Experience in building teams from scratch

- Managing teams, both in-house and outsourced

- Work experience in product companies only

- Fast growing consumer internet startup experience

- Open technology stack Job Offer Opportunity to head and build a high performance technology team from scratch

- Experience in Technologies oop, suppychain, java, microservices, aws

- Strong experience in Core Java, spring, JSF, and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA.

- Experience in SOA based architecture, Web Services (Apache / CXF / JAXWS / JAXRS / SOAP / REST)

- Experience in multiple application and web servers (JBoss/Tomcat/WebSphere)

- Experience in front-end frameworks (Angular JS/Backbone/Knockout/Handlebar)

- Experience in continuous integration (Jenkins/Sonar/Nexus/PMD)

- Hands on experience of RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

- A good understanding of UML and design patterns

- Additional skills: Knowledge / Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, Oozie, Hive, Impala, Spark, Kerberos, KAFKA, NoSQL databases (Hadoop / Cassandra / MongoDB), experience with mobile, SaaS and cloud-based development.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments

- Enthusiastic about different areas of work and exploring new technologies

- Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to pitch solutions

- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies

- Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies
