We are hiring for one of the global leader in SaaS Hospitality products. The Company's platform offers a suite of software to leading hotel chain in 40 plus countries across the world .

Job Role : Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Job Location: NCR

Role Description :

The role incumbent will be a part of the leadership team and will be responsible for the strategic evolution and associated roadmaps of product architecture and design

- Lead the core engineering team.

- Ability to think from the perspective of a SaaS products. Insights into product management will be a plus.

- Should be strong in team management with proven skills in attracting good talent and building effective teams.

- Establishing operational processes and metrics for operational excellence.

- Should be a strong leader, mentor, and people manager.

Requirements of the Role:

- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field from Global/Indian Colleges

- 15+ years of work experience in software development and 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Experience of building products from Scratch.

- Demonstrated success in building highly effective teams.

- Experience of Building team & working in small Team/ Start-up.

- Experience of building enterprise software products. Strong understanding of Mobile SAAS Products.

- Strong Exposure to Modern /Recent Technologies - Angular, Node.JS, AI.

- Experience of managing Globally distributed team and customers.

- Hands On Tech leader that doesn't Hesitate from dirtying his hands.
