Chief Technical Officer - Pharma Manufacturing Unit (15-27 yrs)

Candidate Profile:

Age: 38-45 years

Qualification: M Pharma

Experience: 15 years- in Pharmaceutical Operations, product development and Project Management of pharmaceutical projects

- Should have good all-round knowledge and understanding of the building design process, including technical aspects of the various architectural and engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing i.e. MEP & HVAC) disciplines as well as project cost control, value engineering and scheduling requirements

- Candidates will also be familiar with international standards for design, methods of measurement and forms of contract for pharmaceutical projects.

- Proven leadership and organizational abilities with the capability and personality to lead large multi-disciplinary Pharmaceutical plant and projects.

- A high degree of computer literacy.

- Experience in directing the work of others, meeting deadlines and budgets, and have an ability to manage multiple activities.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Job Profile :

- Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

- Work closely with the CEO and other executive management to support company operations by helping to develop testing services and supervise the execution of projects with the scientific managers

- Prioritize project goals as assigned while continually developing the team

- Plan, develop and implement the strategy for operational management and development for agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales such as operations administration, laboratory processing of samples, etc.

- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development of cross-functional training programs

- Provide strategic vision for the Directors and their teams as well as support them in any staffing-related efforts

- Support the Business Development Team as needed for the generation of work scopes, satisfy client needs, etc.

- Support the Business Development Team to create new product development opportunities.

- Identify bottlenecks in the plant to improve overall efficiencies

- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

- Serve as a key member of the management team and participate in setting corporate strategy and operating goals

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the company's plant related services projects, including staffing and personnel allocation, budgeting, equipment maintenance, timelines and delivering projects on time and communicate at the beginning, during and end of projects.

- Coordinate and adjudicate resource assignments and priorities between multiple Projects to optimize the success of all Projects

- Project Conceptualization, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Control, Technology, evaluation and negotiation etc. for million dollar plus capital projects

- Manage the concept to design architecture to engineering to approval to handover stages of projects within specified time budgets

- Manage resources and controlling progress and internal expenditure to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of clients

- Manage technical aspects of the various architectural and engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing i.e. MEP & HVAC) disciplines

- Ensure that client objective in respect of project budget and program are met

- Act as the firm's senior representative in all technical and schedule-related matters with clients, approvers, engineering and project consultants

- Plan and organize manpower and resources for the duration of projects

- In addition to management of active projects, the role also involves preparation of technical and financial proposals for new projects

- Liaison with Government authorities and see that all necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.

- Ensure proper coordination between all architectural and engineering design disciplines.

- Develop and manage operation integration plans

- Deliver monthly operation reports
