Responsibilities -

- An IT leadership role in a strong and growing NBFC. Opportunity to head end to end IT and work directly with the management.

- Working along-side investors and founders, help the company redefine the business using technology road map with a clear vision on the market landscape

- Develop tech road map, strategies the vision for the platform, teams, culture etc. and scale it up to create a mark in the NBFC industry

- Building IT strategy and ensuring its execution across the organization.

- Handling IT applications, infrastructure and security of the firm.

- Building and maintaining relationship with stakeholders across departments and ensure smooth IT support to their functions.

- Setting up Business continuity and Disaster recovery sites for the firm.

- Building and maintaining good relationship with vendors and coordinate and implement projects with different business units.

- Assimilate new technology solutions, lead digitization initiatives and other enterprise level technology roll outs.

- Working closely with QA, Professional Services, Developers to drive product development.

- Build architecture of the core technology system.

- Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans.

- Execute the strategies and create a world class platform run by an exceptional team.

- Ability to translate digital transformation concepts & application of emerging technologies to the industry.

- Build, mentor, educate and lead technology teams with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities & challenges.

- Be a trusted advisor to the founders & investors.

Programming Languages & Techniques to be known:-

1. ASP.NET CH (classic)

2. ASP.NET MVC

3. ASP.NET Core

4. ASP.NET WCF

5. ASP.NET Web services.

6. Application in Hybrid environment

7. Sharp knowledge in system security protocol

8. SQL server (MS) triggers, Procedure, etc..

9. Angular implementation with ASP.Net.

10. Web API rest Services.

Requirements -

- B.Tech/ M.Tech from IIT/ MBA in systems (or other Tier 1 institutes) only.

- More than 12 years of It experience in building a platform/ product from scratch to scale preferably in a start-up with 8+ years of leadership experience.

- Proven track record of working on core/common applications which have helped scale start-up organizations.

- Exposure to applications of AI/ML technologies in FinTech /NBFC & all sub-domains of IT.

- Hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects.

- Exposure to - Strong decision making and multitasking skills.

- Demonstration of strong blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and executing skill.

- Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a start-up environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution

- Candidate willing to relocate at Kolkata & will not have a bar to travel for work.
