Chief Technical Officer - IT

Role: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Tidel Park, Chennai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management

- Set reasonable project timelines and drive completion of tasks

- Staffing & Resource planning (work break down structures, Man-Hour estimation etc)

- Risk Management & Contingency planning

- Daily management of project activities, project status & other reports as required

2. Delivery

- Identify key projects with the Business and prioritize the projects

- Document requirements & Design solutions

- Guiding team through HLD/LLD and Coding process

- Testing & QA

- Responsible for Technical Documentation

- Work with vendors and third parties to integrate solutions

3. Knowledge & Skill Development

- Identify key training and development areas and tutor the team thereafter

- Avidly pursue new knowledge, experience, skills and stay abreast of current industry trends

- Plan hardware & network requirements with a view to performance optimization

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- A Master Degree from a reputable institution in Engineering or Pure Sciences.

- Strong analytical and data background for delivering and managing complex projects

- 10+ years of work experience in programming, project management and delivery

- Strong written and oral communication

- Ability to manage and drive teams
