Job Description - Looking to hire a Technology Head from a Fintech setup with the ability to build & scale teams from scratch.

Client Details

Our client is a key online market place player with a key focus to build their financing & insurance platforms. With this expansion in mind, they are looking to hire technology heads for each of these divisions based out of Gurgaon.

Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Create product roadmap and design product features

- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company.

- Design the entire data model to ensure scalability

- Build a top talent team and create a challenging work environment

Profile

- BTech from a Tier I institute with 10+ years of experience in a scalable business

- Prior experience within a Fintech organization would be preferred

- Proven track record of building & scaling teams
