- The person should have led a team or has worked on an individual level in a Fin Tech company.
- Also who has worked in setting up a fin tech engine/scoring engine which can be interfaced with banking/nbfc systems
- He or she should also be an expert in Data science, mining, analysis and has the ability to create interface with existing systems if any
- He /she should also have basic knowledge of banking, accounting & Lending logic/program
- Skill sets such as AI, ML, Data Privacy (Full Stack Quant)
- Block Chain Technology
- NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
- Mathematics, Statistics & Probability
- SWIFT, Kotlin, Python, R, Java, and C++, along with operating system tools like Windows, Linux, and Unix, Android and full-stack development capabilities.
