Chief Technical Officer - Engineering Firm

Looking for Graduate Mechanical Engineer with minimum 18 years experience in engineering industry.

- Should be at technical head position for minimum 4 years.

- Experience in Design, Development, Customer Order Analysis and Quality areas.

- Candidates from engineering industry (NON- Automotive) with experience in made-to-order process will be preferred.

JD :

- Manage and direct company's technical groups - Design & Quality Assurance

- Conceptualization and implementation of core technical methodologies.

- Performance processes management and evaluation.

- Expertise in R&D, product development activities.

- Participation in risk management, HSE and product quality activities.

- Monitoring, Evaluation and improvement of product standard.

- Knowledge of customer order analysis, Quality standards and Customer support.

- Strong team leader with ability to control work process in manufacturing organization.

- Introduction of new ideas and improvement of system.

- We are looking for a person having experience in non-standard products.

- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Delhi-NCR.
