Chief Technical Officer-(CTO)

Design and manage the execution of technology strategy and external relationships.

- Align the business objectives and strategy by building organisation capability, appropriate technology planning, and service development and operations management.

- Build and manage an expert technology team + external partners to oversee the platforms development, storage management, delivery network, uptime availability and maintenance.

- Serve as a catalyst and facilitator of a collaborative development process for the Platform, ensuring the successful launches of current and new offerings as well as successful integrations and deployments

- Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.

- Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

- Work closely with product, marketing, strategy and programming to establish plans and execute them to achieve short term and long term business objectives.

- Provide direction and support to the IT team to ensure alignment to the company's goals/strategy, as well as maintaining consistency to the internal philosophy and approach

The ideal candidate has to be Engineering heavy person with hands on knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Learning, Web Architecture, Algorithm, Cloud-based products in the Mobile domain and travel & logistics is add on.

Functional Requirements :

- Master's in Computers OR relevant qualification from a reputed Institute with 8+ years of experience in Cloud-based products and Mobile domain.

- Earlier experience of supporting/working in a firm during its hyper-growth stage will be preferred

- Hands on technology leader possessing Knack of rolling out the game-changing product, features in record time

- Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.

- Working knowledge of web application development platforms and related technologies

- Ability to execute robust project delivery plans with SWOT analysis

- Ability to provide strategic advisory to the top management
