Key Responsibilities : - Work together with the Product Owner and Business Analyst(s) to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines - Liaison with business stakeholders for new initiatives and existing apps and help define project objectives - Prioritize and provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state-of-the-art technologies - Prioritize, plan and coordinate software development activities according to business requirements - Project status reporting to internal and business stakeholders - Design applications &amp; architecture and hands-on with coding - Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans - Ensure adherence to change management and control process - Manage audit and BCP of apps and Liaoning with respective teams - Evaluation and research of new technologies/tools - Utilizing efficient and effective processes and standards for continuous improvement - Coordinate for vendor selection process (including RFPs and Pricing) and manage against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables) - Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
