Chief Technical Officer - BFS

To head the technology function, develop and manage a team of highly skilled resources to help build products and services for end users by acquiring data from multiple sources including proprietary products and services and integrating these using data analysis, AI and ML.

He/She should have techno functional experience with hands on expertise and should work towards the organization's growth. To work with a variety of partners and vendors in creating the deliverable products and services. 

REPORTING TO : CEO

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES :

1. Overall responsibility for the technology for building the minimum viable product and to help create the first iteration of the product.

2. Should have extensive exposure in Product Management. He/ She would be responsible for translating the vision of the company into a viable end product/services.

3. Professional Leadership of the technological functions of the company.

4. Designs and develops the product by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle; determining the design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products.

5. Responsible to design, plan and implement company-wide IT security framework which would include security policy.

6. Enhancing business objectives with technology.

7. Providing strategic direction to team for adopting technology.

8. Guiding the technical architecture of the product.

9. Prioritizing projects and setting timelines for research, development and deployment.

10. Responsible to build a team of highly skilled engineers, IT professionals and data analysts- keeping in mind the cultural fit.

11. Responsibility for maintaining relationships with external data and product vendors and technology departments at client location.

Educational Qualifications : B.E. (Computer Sciences)

Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience of which 2-3 years must be in Enterprise Systems

- Exposure to MS products

- BFSI experience is a must

- Exposure to high transaction rate environment eg. Retail banking

- Exposure to handling multiple data sources and databases

- Application Software, Enterprise Software, IT Infrastructure and System Integration
