This may include structural interventions in packaging, case lots and SLAs of various distribution centers Key Deliverables -&nbsp; - Lead efficient demand plans through working with cross functional teams, from brand entrepreneurs, commercial &amp; business teams so that exact production plans can be drawn up&nbsp; - Driving optimized supply solutions to win with customers &amp; consumers via the best end-to-end supply network design - Drive management of 3P manufacturing through on-site visits and measurements and maintain productive terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders - Collaborate with other teams and manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, receiving and transport - Developing demand-forecasting tool to perform efficient demand planning, minimize inventory costs, optimize cash flows and deliver demand forecasting decision making based on data analytics - Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost and quality - Lead changes in operations to accommodate requirements of new customs duties / programs and regulations and gains supported needed within business unit to eliminate/reduce likelihood of customs issue - Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed where ever required - Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory. - Ensuring optimum inventory levels are maintained across distribution centers and stores Competencies - Must have- - Effective people manager, leader and communicator - Manage resource allocation and capacity adequately - Ensures good collaboration, problem solving Group Role Description for Recruitment - Comfortable in dealing in high growth eco systems and should be able to work in unstructured systems - Should be familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
