To qualify for the role you must have

- CA, MBA from Premier B-School.

- Minimum 7 - 9 years of post-qualification experience.

Ideally you will also have

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm or at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

- Oversight of strategic initiatives and new service offerings development.

- Support / drive development of forward looking strategy for the practice, oversee execution and monitor results.

- Closely work with leaders, within the practice, to facilitate strategy execution, deployment and adoption of new service offerings.

- Support acquisition and alliance strategy in relation to the strategy execution.

- Support key leadership meetings and workshops.

- Work with the Global Centre of Board matters to develop strategic materials for key stakeholders such as independent directors and promote topics relevant to such audience.


- Support monitoring and analysis of financial and operational targets across global, regional and sectorial levels.

- Support development of key materials for the practice such as thought leadership (TL), go-to-market collaterals, tools and enablers.

- Support relationship development with various research analysts and manage periodic briefings.

- Support and drive internal and external communications promoting the practice, service offerings, new initiatives and key updates. This could include e-mails, newsletters, articles, meetings, webcasts, Yammer posts, etc.

- Lead knowledge, methods and tools development initiatives, and their deployment and adoption activities for the practice.

- Drive practice community development which includes harvesting latest knowledge materials, posting group activities on Yammer, encouraging teams to participate in forums. - Support learning and training activities for the practice such as helping to identify gaps and building plan to address key training requirements.

- Drive new thought leadership development for new age topics such as Digital Risk, work closely with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) group to develop, publish and promote TL internally and externally.

- Support cross-practice and cross-domain and sector integration - work with key leaders from other practices on joint initiatives.

- Support development of recruitment strategy.

- Support various events, conferences, etc.
