Chief Strategy Officer - Corporate Strategy - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a conglomerate in various businesses in Africa. They are looking to hire someone for Strategy. The role entails managing corporate strategy and transformations across business units.
- The person will be responsible for creation, alignment and execution of strategy across all markets including both organic and inorganic growth. In addition, he will look after innovation and partnerships in the region. he will also be responsible for business intelligence and ensuring the company addresses changes in the environment, regulatory ecosystem, and changes in customers and consumers.
- The candidate will also work on growth strategy that improves market share, increases revenue by double digits each year. He will also undertake business transformation initiatives.
- The candidate should be an MBA will at least 15 years of experience in corporate strategy and ideally should be based in Africa. Should be from FMCG sector preferably and should have managed projects related to transformation and strategies.
Salary would involve fixed, variable and benefits.
