- Top B School with Engineering background from Tier1 Institute. With 10-12 yrs. experience

- Currently or previously worked in Top Consulting companies into consumer/FMCG/D2C division

Chief Strategy Officer

Location : Bengaluru

Reports to : Founder

Objective : To Setup SOPs across functions, Identify gaps and develop new avenues for growth

Responsibilities :

- Identifying and evaluating both organic and inorganic growth opportunities for the organization

- Involved in organization transformation and change management through the Growth Office

- Medium and long term objective setting for the Group with focus on NPD and GTM

- Design new operating models to deliver strategic change and improve organization agility

- Large scale implementation of successful pilots with incremental gross margin impact

- Design, cadence and implementation of various strategic initiatives.

- Project management of various initiatives and business performance tracking.

- Analytical insights on markets, consumer and brand trends including competition bench-marking.

- Analyze internal and external data to develop/ validate business hypotheses for different business verticals

- Benchmarking the company and its functions with related and best in class peers to bring outside in best practices

Competencies :

- Strategic thinker, analytical problem solver, collaborative team player, and strong communicator (both written and verbal)

- Ability to deep dive into data or deal with ambiguity when there is limited data to identify and quantify opportunities, and design creative and sustainable solutions

- Ability to review, distil and compile information from disparate sources into a coherent, logical, presentable, and compelling format

- Motivated self-starter who can solve problems and work well independently, and drive initiatives to completion without much oversight
