Chief Strategy Consultant - BFSI

- Help devise and lead new strategic initiatives with the Management

- Provide strategy support for existing lines of business

- Lead strategic finance responsibility and be the link between accounting and business numbers

- Conduct business feasibility exercises and financial scenario planning

- Lead a variety of special projects which have organizational impact

- Organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

- Attention to detail

- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Responsibilities:

1. Coming up strategy for specific projects led by the CXO office

2. Doing analytics on the project and coming up with specific solutions

3. Playing an instrumental role in project managing all the different initiatives

4. Creating dashboards for management on various projects
