Responsibilities :

Objective: The purpose of this role is to create an overall philosophy for all Sports activities so that there is commonality of objectives and guidelines for implementation with specific focus on various geographies & their needs . Assist in Planning & coordinating the sports activities to bring greater synergy in all activities so that there is greater optimization of resources with maximum output and visibility.

1.Developing an Overall Philosophy of Sports in the organization.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Create the Objectives & guidelines for Sports across various sports categories & locations

Identify key focus areas in sports for the organization.

END RESULTS

2.Planning & Coordinating Sports activities all across the company.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Optimize resources to gain maximum visibility and garner support of the local people through involvement.

Maximize the Synergies across the various locations to boost sporting and training activities and hunt for talented cadets.

3.Organization's Archery Academy

KEY ACTIVITIES

Selecting and training the cadets, majorly local and regional people

Complete Admin and Media Relations

Help them to participate in other high-profile sporting events of national/international level.

END RESULTS

4.Organization's Athletics Academy

KEY ACTIVITIES

Selecting and training the cadets

Coaching them to participate in tournaments

Complete Admin and Media Relations

Help them to participate in other high-profile sporting events of national/international level.

END RESULTS

5.Provide additional training centers for popular sports.

6.Organise high profile National/International sporting events.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Started additional training centers for Badminton and Golf

Networking and liasoning with the National and International sporting bodies and giving exposure to the internal cadets

Requirements :

Should preferably be an MBA with an experience of minimum 10 years of experience of Administration and Leadership of an independent Sports body.

The incumbent should have a in-depth practical knowledge of running a sports body and leading the activities for greatest output and visibility.
