Position Chief Application Architect Head application development &amp; support- Application Development, Management support and innovation transformation for business advantage Job Description - To provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that align with the mission of Group. - To directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to support business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and Customer Experience. - To support CIO for Strategy &amp; Planning, Acquisition &amp; Deployment, Operational Management, Infrastructure Management - To work a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholder - To participate in analyzing the clients' legacy e banking applications and surrounding systems, defining target application architectures including the new cloud-native core banking systems, and modernization strategies and execution plans for our clients. - To insure the maintenance of operational efficiency and risk &amp; control framework within the specialist support areas as per operational and procedural guidelines. - To Leading the entire development life cycle of the project to ensure successful completion of projects as per project plan and timelines from Concept initiation, Requirement Gathering, Sign off for FSD, BRD, Design/UI &amp; Development etc. - Will drive success and determine where to compete, how to differentiate, and how to innovate business models and technology platforms by taking advantage of new digital technologies. Required Candidates Profile - 14-25 years- experience managing and/or directing an IT operation. In-depth knowledge of applicable laws ( RBI) and regulations as they relate to IT. - Must be from Banking /NBFC sector and have worked In similar position for 5 plus years - Must have worked on Majoity of Banking application - like Loan Application Management, Loan Origination, KYC /FATCA, Mobile Banking, Card Payments, CRM , Security etc - Experience in mobile banking vertical with hands-on experience in developing the tech architecture for mobile banking apps. - Strong knowledge current technical market trends, including Cloud, Cognitive, Digital, Microservices / APIs - Extensive experience in the delivery of complex consulting services projects within the Financial Services Industry - Experience in strategic planning and execution. - Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations. - Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems. - Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management. - Excellent understanding of project management principles.
