Chief Software Architect - Startup

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Build the IT infrastructure to support our digital products and business activities

- Drive the development team for our web and mobile applications

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Deliver product releases according to plan in alignment with the product development strategy

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Use stakeholders- feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

- Recruiting and leading the IT-& digital team and managing Mmm Good's knowledge center

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Help departments use technology profitably

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect

- Proven experience in leading big projects and development teams

- Proven experience with System solution design

- Good understanding of software architecture best practice

- Proven experience running testing teams

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- High affinity for cultural relevance

- Excellent communication skills

- Inclusive Leadership and organizational abilities

- Strategic thinking, problem-solver attitude

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degrees from a reputable university is a plus

- Diplomacy and patience

- The Ability to understand Mmm Good`s vison and to set and execute it
