Chief Security Officer - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
NEED EX-ARMY + CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
- Ensure normal functioning of operations in the premises, resolve problems & emergency situations related to casualties, hazards, theft etc.
- Ensure safety of people & belongings from fire hazards, theft etc.
- Secure visitors by Access Control, Elevator Control, security measures in basement / car parking areas
- Safeguard property from damage & pilferage; ensure that staff is not exposed to hazards
- Installation, operation & maintenance of security gadgets & equipment
- Investigation, interrogation & reporting of crime
- Maintain reports on workers- shifts, casualties etc.
- Compliance of quality records, quality audits, records of inventory
- Arrangement for patrolling, guarding, security for Transport and Delivery vehicles
- Monitor & brief security personnel; handle moving crowd
- Work closely with Police Authorities, Fire Brigade, Hospital, Ambulance Services, Government Agencies, External Security Agencies etc
- With specialized Training in Security Management, Basic Safety & First Aid, Fire Fighting & Rescue Operations
- Smart to coordinate with Police, Politicians and other government authorities; Calm & sorted guy capable of handling a lot of pressure
