Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Responsible for building overall Sales & achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Interact with HNIs and convert the leads to sales.
- Build a target driven Sales and Marketing Team
- Manage marketing budgets, integrating mass media (TV, print, outdoor), BTL (events, activations, promotions), online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.), and marketing collaterals
Profile of the candidate:
- 15+ years of Experience in Sales in the Luxury side of Real Estate
- Excellent presentation and interactive skills with HNIs
- Ability to inspire the Sales team to achieve targets
- Very Entrepreneurial and Incentive Driven.
- MBA from a premium B-school is desired
