We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer for one of our Leading Client in a Design, Build and Manage Residential Real Estate Company.

Location: Bangalore
Role & Scope:
- Drive Market Intelligence analysis to formulate business strategy
- Drive Pricing Strategy to maximize profitability.
- Drive annual sales plan and sales strategy.
- Put in place systems to ensure an efficient and responsive sales organization.
- Develop and drive Channels & Distribution Network partners, wealth managers, strategic tie-ups, International sales, corporate, groups, existing customers, employees to achieve business goals.
- Key Account Management - directly engage with key accounts.
- Drive Marketing. Lead Generation, digital media, campaigns, events, Experience Home experience with a view to increase Footfalls and Conversions.
- Ensure quick lease out and resale of customer units and company property, and ensure communication and responsiveness.
- Drive Customer Experience Management and post sales Customer Experience until completion of delivery.
