A leading provider of long-term health care management for patients requiring pain management, palliative or end of life care.

The organisation acts as a bridge between the hospital and home, delivering out-of-hospital care that enables the patients to either achieve a speedy recovery in the best suited environment or achieve highest quality of life during their end stages.

The organisation is looking for suitable candidates for the role of Chief Sales Officer who can lead the overall sales and business development of the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead Sales & Marketing including Branding, Sales, Corporate Marketing, New Product Launch, Press relations, Digital Marketing, International & Domestic Business Facilitators, Media and Corporate communication.

- Work with CEO to establish both short-term and long-term strategy, revenue forecast and budgets

- Create an outreach plan for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications

- Develop growth strategies in consultation with the management and team members

- Create accountability within the company by developing client and employee metrics and executing promotions with these metrics

- Identify, prospect and close relationships with key target clients

- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

- Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success

- Fill management gaps by identifying, building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Account Management. Collaboration with HR to execute

- Develop and implement robust sales management processes - pipeline, account planning, and proposals

- Plan and add channel/partner/referral sales partners

- Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning

- Competent in collecting market information to fine tune Marketing strategies. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Build a high-performance work culture within the team and with other departments

- Focus on digital marketing. Build a strong Social Media presence on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin driving brand loyalty and engagement

Skills required :

- Expertise in various functions such as corporate sales, product launch & implementation, competitive analysis, disruptive sales & marketing strategy involving online/ATL/BTL, product/pricing innovation, ROI, Brand & Marcom

- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively reinforce and build brand image

- Experience in conducting research and overseeing research consultants

- Avid knowledge of tech softwares used in Sales and Business Development

Location: Bangalore but should be flexible to travel

Experience required: 15-18 yrs in the hospital industry

Education qualification: Qualified in business administration but more importantly has successful stints of identification of new streams of generating revenue. The candidate should possess relevant work experience and knowledge of dominant markets of South India
