Overall Job Description :
- Lead the acquisition of Customers, Merchants, SMEs/SMBs pan India through a dedicated channel.
- The incumbent should have 12-15 years of experience in sales with 2 years at leadership level at Pan India level.
- He/She should have demonstrated traits of large & diverse geographical teams in his/her current stint.
1. Build a sales team across India for SME/SMB Acquisition and mentor the team to deliver the targets.
2. Identify and build a sales process and incentive structure
3. Explore training needs and build a training module for the sales team
4. Identifying new segments & liasioning with central product team for customized offering.
5. Build a process for centrally generating lead for acquisition
6. Lead generations for cross sales of Asset viz Loan against Credit card receivables, business banking, loan against prop and business loan.
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
WORK EXPERIENCE :
Essential requirement : 12-15 years of experience preferably at least 2 years in Leadership at National Level
