- Own the P&L for the company


- Lead a large sales force (feet on ground / tele-sales)
 
Client Details:

Our client is a leading consumer technology organisation, and have received multiple rounds of funding from marquee investors. The client has a large sales force, and is now hiring for a sales leader, to lead the entire sales team, and own the complete P&L

Description:

- Lead a sales team of more than 1000, across different product lines

- Own the complete P&L of the organisation


- Work with the founders, for GTM strategy, and lead and execute the same.


Profile:


The successful candidate must have:

- 18 to 25 years of relevant sales experience

- Experience in managing large sales team (at least a team of 500)


- Prior experience of managing large tele-sales teams would be preferred
