Leading teams and processes associated with the management of the organization's sales, marketing and/or product management operations. - Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s); evaluating, measuring, and managing the product/brand P&amp;L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) - Establishing and implementing strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) that impact on business results in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives; Leading multiple teams of Sales &amp; Service vertical heads &amp; other related HODs. Job Details: - Leadership - Lead the development and execution of the short/long term Sales, Service strategy for the Company. Lead Sales &amp; Marketing, CSD and Proposal function to ensure that the company achieves its business objectives planned through these functions as per AOP. - Financial Achievment - Responsible to acheive the organisational booking, dispatch, revenue &amp; EBIT target for the domestic &amp; international market for product &amp; services. Ensures setting objectives and monitoring the performance of company. Assessing the principal risks the company facing towards revenue &amp; profitability and to ensure they are being monitored and managed. - Marketing, Service and Business Planning - Building partnership with Group companies and other partners. Establish short/long term business plan with intensive marketing for global as well as domestic maket.&nbsp; - Develop profitable plan considering investment, product line-up and sevice aspects. Lead &amp; Develop Marketing, Communication &amp; Promotional Strategies to induct new customers, increase revenue, increase customer preference &amp; to increase overall Brand recall. Responsible for customer satisfaction through excellent execution of installation, commissioning &amp; servicing of products - Support to Other Functions - Products of customers and build requirements &amp; expectations from design for next generation products. Ensure the orders received follow the guidelines as internal processes for timelines, technologies, cost, etc. Also, act as a bridge between internal departments &amp; customers to ensure smooth execution of orders &amp; projects. - People development - Develop, maintain, motivate and train sales, customer support &amp; proposal team to meet organisation growth plan. Ensure Succession planning for each team member especially at Senior level &amp; critical positions and plan for competency enhancement of team members.
