Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - FMCG (15-22 yrs)
Job Profile :
- The incumbent will grow the current business and work on market expansion in terms of penetration and number of outlets
- The role will head sales and marketing for the firm
- He will be responsible for marketing of the brand which will largely focus on BTL activities
- Will be accountable for direct sales and marketing communication
- Evolve a sales, marketing and product/brand strategy to achieve the Top Line/Revenue targets nationally
- Ensure the marketing strategy is deployed / implemented in an appropriate way and as per the budgets set, with the help of team members
- Ensure sales efforts are made for wide reach to cover all potential customers in the current location and the other neighbouring states as well
- Regular field work with team members to provide on the job training
- Exploring new markets to increase the referral base
Candidate Profile :
Technical :
- Qualification : MBA (Full Time)
- Years of experience : 15 years - 22 years
- Strong mix of sales and marketing in the FMCG sector
- Excellent exposure to executing new product launches (from the concept to the brand launch phase including designing the product)
- Ideal candidate will have grown from a sales role into currently a marketing role as he will have experience to handling ground operations as well
- Proven experience in building the business across zones
