Chief Sales Manager - Packaging Business (10-23 yrs)
Position- Chief sales Officer
Reporting to- Managing director
Industry- From packaging Industry with Exp in Cartons.
Will manage team of Sales Manager Across India.
Heading end-to-end Sales responsibilities at National Level with best possible resources. Accountable for strategy planning, profitability, budgeting, customer acquisition and satisfaction, business expansion, process improvements, cost optimization, team, and stakeholder management.
1. To develop growth plans and implement and execute these growth plans. To implement sufficient processes to measure the success of the growth plans with spares and retrofit given equal focus
2. Co-ordinate and manage the activities including visit plans of the Sales Managers and ensure we develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement we consistently find ways to deliver our promises
3. To ensure all Sales Managers provide prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting every salesperson visibly owns their own prospect list
4. To ensure key customers are visited on a regular basis and their needs are efficiently looked after
5. To support Sales Managers if any issues occur (customer, agents, internal process etc.)
