Background of the Client : Our client is diversified there business into various Sectors and the total turnover of the Group is more than Rs.5000 Crores Plus,

Designation : Chief Risk Officer

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Role :

- Adherence of the RBI compliances with any change in Master Directions , notifications & circulars and apprise the board of its impact and take proactive action for its compliance .

- Addressing issues Raised by RBI on their Audits along with interacting with consultants

- Review of the performance of the companies to evaluate the proper realization for the investment

- Assessing the risk identification , measurement and mitigation steps for group companies of different business verticals and updating of risk register accordingly .Review of Internal financial controls and Standard operating procedures of group companies and suggesting improvement and modification as in case in order to cost optimisation and strengthening of the control procedures.

- Monitoring of increase in Cash flows on measures taken for improvements in all companies.

- Strategize on isolating the cash flows and repatriate to the Group ,Organize, Review & monitor the internal audits of all companies..Review & monitor compliance of the companies to the applicable statutes.

- Participate in the board/ audit committee meetings of the group companies to identify the key aspect that need to be addressed. Work Cohesively with CFO/CEO of the group companies of different business verticals. Monitor the legal cases( filed on/by) of the companies and with close coordination with the legal counsel and take regular update and try to expedite the entire process for early closure of the same.

- Candidate Background : You should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and should have experience in the industry especially in the areas of risk assessment/ Audits/ Management of Finance & accounts of operating company/ Financial closures etc..
