Chief Risk Officer - NBFC

About Client :

Our Client is one of the leading NBFCs with presence PAN India.

Job Description :

- Devise frameworks, policies, practices for managing market risks, operational risks, enterprise risks and Governance for the organization

- Formulating the risk appetite and infrastructure, including operating and financial models

- Implementing & Monitoring the business compliance & internal audit functions as a part of robust governance process

- Developing ERM tools, practices & policies to analyze & report enterprise risks

- Compiling, assessing and reporting risk data to the CEO and the Board

- Establishing and maintaining corporate governance systems, committees & processes

The Successful Candidate Should :

- Have 15-20 years of experience post CA/MBA (Mandatory PG Qualification)

- At least 10 years of experience in ERM/ORM/Credit Risk/Market Risk/GRC with a Bank/NBFC

- Experience in designing & implementing ERM framework and programs & a strong ability to exercise oversight over governance, risk, compliance and controls

- Strong Knowledge of regulatory environment is a must along with some exposure the credit risk / analysis / underwriting in the past
