About our Client : Our client is one of the leading NBFC based out of Mumbai


Job Description :

- Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the lending portfolio by planning and directing all aspects of credit risk

- Identify credit risk and assess enterprise effectiveness by managing risks through appropriate internal controls

- Provide regular review and analysis of portfolio trends to detect deterioration in portfolio quality which includes monitoring and control of the credit portfolio by ensuring that all credit exposure is properly approved, reported, and reviewed.

- Design sustainable processes to mitigate credit risk by framing the breadth and depth of control testing and evaluate new products and business opportunities from risk point of view

- Build awareness of the business implications of credit risk and measures to manage credit risk as a part of senior leadership culture

- Develop framework for risk management activities to ensure an effective credit risk management program is in place

- Develop credit risk policies for organization's lending portfolio and ensure the implementation

- Maintain ongoing relationships with management throughout the organization and effectively manage and motivate the team

The successful candidate should :

- Be a CA/MBA with 15 to 20 years of experience in credit & portfolio risk, ORM, ERM in the banking & financial services domain

- Have experience in working with regulatory bodies such as RBI

- Have experience in leading teams and working closely with other CXOs and the board
