1. Preparing credit and risk policy frame work

2. Compliance with statutory norms of NHB for Home Finance Company Ltd

3. Risk analytics, STR & CTR reports, CERSAI COMPLINCE

4. Regulatory & Audit Compliances.

5. Presentation of monthly risk updates to Risk Oversight Committee.

- Design the policies, procedures, and processes ensuring appropriate mitigation of the risks inherent in all processes and product offerings.

- Monitoring of Portfolio across the products at Macro and Micro levels and report it to the Top Management along with exceptions

- Establishing robust monitoring mechanism such as Early Warning Signals, Real time monitoring, Risk Containment unit, etc.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of information to the relevant stakeholders (which includes Top Management, Regulators, Rating Agencies)

6. Identify known and emerging risks, measuring, monitoring and reporting on companies' risk profile to the Executive Leadership Team

7. Evaluate proposals of finance by Risk Analytics and key policy making.

8. Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.

9. Work along with Business teams to ensure proper formulation, fitments, structuring, pricing and execution of transactions based on specific client requirements, regulatory framework.

10. Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner.

11. Also responsible for finalising policies and setting up processes for quality underwriting
