Chief Risk Officer - Manufacturing

Position/Role - Chief Risk Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Risk Analysis and Management

- Design & implementation of Risk Framework for the Organisation (including digitalisation of the Framework)

- Setting up of Risk Systems and Processes

- Risk Diagnosis

- Formulation and implementation of Risk Strategies

- Mitigation planning and implementation, with strict adherence to timelines

- Promote Risk Culture and Awareness amongst Stakeholders

- Driving Team members

- Coordination with internal stakeholders viz., Corporate/Business/plant teams

- Appointing of & coordination with, external Consultants

- Submitting periodic reports & Presentations to Chairman/MD/Risk Management Committee

- Other relevant responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualifications - MBA from Reputed Institution/CA

- Experience - Minimum 15 years of similar experience in multi business manufacturing organisation, with proven track record

Annual CTC - Decidable and Negotiable
