Job Description :

- Devise frameworks, policies & practices for managing investment risks, operational risks,enterprise risks for the organisation

- Head the risk committees & manage the risk management team

- Define the risk appetite, policies & limits for the business

- Enhance risk awareness & culture by actively working with senior management & stakeholders

- Identify & mitigate various business risks to ensure business continuity

- In-charge of building the risk-quantification models

- Conduct internal audits & assessments to adhere to processes & compliance

The Successful Applicant :

- Proven working experience in the insurance domain, ideally between 12-18 years of experience

- Broad experience in risk management, life/general insurance products & business

- Thorough knowledge of various business risks in the insurance industry

- Good business acumen, team handling & management skills

- Certified risk/actuarial professional would be an added advantage
