Job Description - Head the risk function of a leading Fintech company headquartered in Gurgaon

Client Details : Our client is a leading Fintech headquartered in North India

Description :

- Head the overall Credit and Risk Function for the firm

- Manage the underwririting, Risk policy as well the risk framework for the company

- Identify credit risk and assess enterprise effectiveness by managing risks through appropriate internal controls

- Ensure the overall quality of company's portfolio

- Develop framework for risk management activities to ensure an effective credit risk management program is in place

- Develop credit risk policies for organization's lending portfolio and ensure the implementation

- Work closely with the CEO and the top management to achieve organisation's objectives

Profile:

- CA/MBA with 12 to 20 years of experience in unsecured credit risk

- Great leadership and Analytical skills

- Experience of scaling and managing large teams
