Their products are disruptive which are providing solutions for the start-ups to manage their cap table, ESOP and ESOP Liquidity solution. Products are already helping some of the best start ups and growth phase companies. These products are predominantly SAAS based and used widely across India, South East Asia and US. They are currently expanding the core team and looking at Chief Revenue Officer to join them based at Bangalore. Incumbent will be responsible for providing a leadership to Sales, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing teams while working closely with the Stakeholders. He / She will be responsible for : - Building a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting. - Build a cohesive short-, medium- and long-term revenue strategy that encompasses marketing; sales; product/service and customer success teams. - Create a - lean start up mentality of constant experimentation and learning. - Responsible for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year. - Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way - Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth - Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities. Ideal prospect will have - - An Engineering plus MBA with 7 to 9 years of work experience handling Sales / Marketing in a SaaS Product Company of repute. - Experience in handling SEA &amp; US Market will be preferred. - Proven track record of increasing the ARR from $ 100K to $ 5 M - Experience in managing P&amp;L of the business line and drive the goals with the team - Great team player - collaborates with Product, Engineering, Leadership teams - Good at numbers, good aptitude and analytical skills.
