Chief Revenue Officer - Fintech Broking Firm (15-22 yrs)
Looking for a Chief Business Officer for a Fintech Broking Firm.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities-
1. Strategy: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Functional Leadership.
2. Lead generation: Accountable for ensuring leads of potential customers generated via digital and non-digital channels are converted and these are made part of the ecosystem
3. Lead conversion: Lead the development of the plans for customer acquisition for the organization for B2C, B2B and WMS. Responsible for achieving assigned organizational objectives/targets for customers, leads, sales, volume, product mix, and other strategic goals
4. Leadership: Provide leadership to Sales and Marketing teams reporting to him to drive lead generation and lead conversion. Experience of leading teams of more than 500 is preferred, but not mandatory.
5. Revenue: Work closely with business verticals while owning a revenue target to work in a matrix structure and enable and assist business teams to achieve their goals.
6. Acquisition Analytics: Devise, design, plan and implement overall performance marketing analytics strategy. Forecast and develop the campaigns, assess efficiency, course correction, and test to run data driven contents regularly.
7. Onboarding: Ensure smooth experience of potential customers post their showing interest and before they start transacting on platform.
8. Digital Transformation: Shift current customer onboarding from telecalling to more and more digital means and thereby reduce costs. Experience with digital organizations in this area is preferred.
