Chief Revenue Officer - Education (15-30 yrs)

Responsibilities:

Overall:

1 Take end-to-end responsibility of RETAIL division revenue numbers

2. Responsible for Gross, Net and Ebitda margins at RETAIL and individual center level

3. Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage RETAIL business unit independently.

4. Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for RETAIL and ensure month-on- month growth.

5. Ensure that center operations are running smoothly

6. Ensure cash collections , revenue to cash ratios across RETAIL division are inline

7. Ensure admin processes, drops management, loan subvention are as per the prescribed norms

Digital Sales and Marketing:

1. Guide and train teams to accomplish set revenue and product targets.

2. Responsible for Inside Sales governance activities including hygiene, lead to conversion, warm

lead management, CRM, Other efficiency metrics

3. Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of new resources into sales teams

4. Develop and implement Marketing Plans with focus on improving sales efficiencies, optimization of efforts from both marketing and sales teams

5. Work very closely with the marketing team to ensure constant feedback is given, CAC is under control, products are performing at benchmark conversion rates and ARPU numbers are met

6. Creating a new product ecosystem - Dedicated teams, focused effort, constant feedback

7. Ensure quality assurance methods and sales governance metrics are in place for managing sales

BTL and Channel Development:

1. Formulating BTL Plans on the ground along with the centers to drive the non digital revenues across RETAIL

2. Creating a strong BTL team of business development executives and callers on the ground

3. Governance, reviews and feedback mechanism to be establised along with Retail MIS team

4. Ensuring there is good amount of college outreach , channel partner tie ups and local branding activities to help in promotions and meeting the over all non digital revenue targets month on month

People Management:

1. To create a strong set of Business heads to drive the RETAIL business

2. Develop a high-performing front line sales managers across all the centers to drive center revenues

3. To create funnel of 1st/2nd line leads across the retail division

Others:

1. Review meetings with stakeholders : Product, Finance, Marketing, Internal audit

2. Monthly performance and budget review meetings with centers

3. Off-sites for planning and strategy
