Role Chief Regulatory Officer

Location - Mumbai

Qualification The Candidate should be CA /ICWA / CS / MBA or similar relevant qualification

Work Experience:

Candidate should ideally have atleast 20 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets of which at least 10 years should be in the areas of Leadership roles in required areas.

Must be sound in People Management and Leadership Skills. Also must have Strong Communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- As a leader in the regulatory space, the candidate shall be responsible for ensuring Regulatory Compliance in all areas of the Exchange, dealing with Regulators and Government Agencies, and will also manage all activities related to Membership Compliance, Arbitration / Investors Grievances / Members' Inspection, Market Surveillance & Investigation (Trade Compliance), Risk Management and Exchange Compliance / implementation of circulars, directions, guidelines issued by Regulator, Compliances of SCRA Act, Companies ACT, SEBI Act 1992 & redressal of grievances.
