- Scope and lead technical projects with enormous impact across many teams
- Directly leading architecture review for scale & stability
- Manage a large Core engineering team + DevOps team + L2 Support + Product and design teams
- Drive integration across platforms
- Serve as a role model to a high caliber engineering team
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions like product, design and customer success
Profile
- B.Tech CS or equivalent from a leading technology institute + MBA preferred
- 10 to 15 years of of experience leading Tech / Product and Engineering roles in Fintech/eCommerce space preferably loan disbursement vertical
- FinTech / Financial services / eCommerce / Payments experience is desirable
- Startup experience is desirable
- Managed large teams that have a track strong record
- Successfully recruited and mentored engineers
- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions to achieve goal
