Chief Product Officer - Technological Sector

- A Blockchain company is seeking for a largely professed CPO with a brilliant history in the technological sector.

- The Person will be responsible to oversee every element of the product from design to launch and beyond while ensuring it delivers value to both customers and the business.

- He/She will lead the product management (PM) team in building great products that deliver sustainable value to the business. From the early stages of developing a new product concept to beyond product launch, a CPO balances the needs and goals of both the product and the business.

Product, Product Design and Growth Marketing Team Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience, and new technologies to deliver features to our customers.

2. Build internal products for the organization.

3. Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization. 4. Promote a data mindset within the product team to drive growth marketing and product marketing.

5. Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for the products.

6. Understand the market trends on Blockchain & NFT products.

7. End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents.

8. Work closely with the engineering team and other important stakeholders on refining and running the product development process.

9. Build a world-class team of product managers and product designers.

Ideal Candidate :

1. 10-12 years of experience from tier 1 engineering/management institution.

2. Must have an understanding of consumer mindset.

3. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and ownership skills, with an eye for detail.

4. Should be a person with a go-getter attitude and ability to deliver results.

5. Ability to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders.

6. Should have experience of building products from scratch and taking them from 0 to 100.

7. Ready to go ground level up and identify root cause of the problem
